Jonny has just been awarded Contemporary Male Artist - UK +
Eire in the NCM Radio Mike Awards 2006.
Jonny is a recently new addition to the world of Christian
music. His album 'One' hit the shops in August 2005 and has
received positive reviews. "This is a man who is wearing
his heart on his CD, not just his sleeve", that's what Andy
Flanagan had to say about Jonny's album, "Jonny's songs
sound real and honest because he is being real and honest".
Other reviews include the Presbyterian Herald, "...his is a
good album from an exciting new talent who I expect will go
from strength to strength"
Jonny's song 'Jesus Rescued Me' was released via NCM (New
Christian Music) in January 2006, playing all around the
world from Australia to the US. It has been played on over
200 radio stations with continuing airplay to very this
day. The feedback was yet again very positive and has
received such reviews as "Should make a mark on the music
scene", and "Original and one I want to hear again".
Jonny has been gigging around England and Northern Ireland
for the past year playing along side Andy Flanagan and Tim
Grainger (Ex Lemon Twelve front man). As the Pure Flame
Records aim is 'spreading the fire of God through music',
Jonny seeks to play more gigs and and gain more experience
in leading worship in more churches and events.
