This is a man who is wearing his heart on his CD, not just his sleeve. Jonny's songs sound real and honest because he is being real and honest. If you want to connect with someone who isn't trying to pretend to be someone he's not, then grab this.

"Jonny Patton is Northern Ireland's latest contribution to worship music... The song writing is consistently remarkably strong and Patton's voice is very distinct and has that fragile, high-pitched edge, which together with the backing vocals create a highly emotional sound... the abandoned worship songs offered here tend to convey a joy, which persists from the opening track "Glorious" to the final "Hold Me Close". Patton is certainly a voice and a writer to count on in the future."

"...has some thought provoking tunes with a worshipful message. I felt that the simplicity of some makes them ideal for congregational singing, like 'Glorious' and 'Holy'. The last song 'Hold me close' is particularly reflective and meaningful...on the whole this is a good album from an exciting new talent who I expect will go from strength to strength."
